Audeum Upgrade Program
Audeum systems are deigned for the greatest amount of flexibility, expandability and longevity. With this in mind, Audeum has gone one step further and created the Audeum Upgrade Program. Audeum customers have the ability to upgrade their systems component with the newest components available for nothing more than the cost of the parts and shipping. That’s right no labor or inflated product costs! This program provides a total life cycle management solution for your Audeum system and gives you another reason to invest in Audeum. So why did we create this program? Plain and simple, our commitment to you continues long after you've taken your Audeum system home.


How does it work?
Simple. Just contact the authorized Audeum dealer you purchased your system from and let them know you are interested in participating in the Audeum Upgrade Program. An Audeum designer will then contact you to discuss your upgrade requirements. Once you have finalized your upgrade and payment arrangements have been made with Audeum, you will be issued an RA (Return Authorization) number and can return the system.

Returns must be properly insured and packaged to prevent damage in transit. Any damage incurred during inbound transit will be solely the responsibility of the sender. The RA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your package and any packages without the RA number will be refused and returned to sender unopened.


Terms and Conditions

  The Audeum Upgrade Program is only available to original Audeum customers for the term of 5 years after the date of purchase.

  The system must have been purchased through an authorized Audeum dealer. A system purchased through unauthorized channels, such as E-Bay or a second hand party does not qualify for the Upgrade Program.

  The system or components do not have to be in warranty at the time of the upgrade but they must not be in violation of the original warranty agreement. See Warranty Statement.

  The components selected for upgrade must be in fully functional working condition. If the system or component does not work, and is under warranty, then it is a warranty issue that must be resolved before an upgrade can proceed. If the component does not work, and is not under warranty, then the component is not eligible for the Audeum Upgrade Program.

  In some situations components will be outdated and an upgrade may require additional upgrades to your system. (For example, you want to upgrade your CPU but the motherboard you are using is not compatible with the current CPU socket. Therefore, a motherboard upgrade will be necessary in addition to the CPU upgrade.)

  When a component is upgraded the replaced component becomes the property of the Audeum and is not returned. No credit will be given for this used component.

  You will be required to pay for the upgrade component cost along with the shipping to and from your dealer’s location. The total charge will be the value of the upgrade plus the shipping fees. Labor is free!

  In the event that the upgrade costs need to be adjusted due to unforeseen factors, the customer will be notified with details of the adjustment.

  Audeum retains the right to revoke or revise the Audeum Upgrade Program at will.
