
Audeum Warranty
Audeum warrants to the original customer that it's Systems are free from defects in material and workmanship for the duration of the warranty stated below. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Audeum within the warranty period, at its option, Audeum will (1) repair the product at no charge (2) exchange the product with a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original.
This warranty does not apply to (1) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or natural disaster; (2) damage caused by service performed by anyone other than an authorizes Audeum service center; (3) a product or a part that has been modified or tampered with without authorization from Audeum; or (4) any Audeum product in which the serial number has been removed or defaced.
Audeum is not liable for damage to or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored on media contained within the Audeum System. Recovery of such programs, data or other information is not covered under warranty and all such work will be billable to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain a regular back-up of all critical data stored on the system.
Duration of Warranty
All new Audeum systems are warranted against defects in materials for 2 years and because Audeum engineers are so confident in their systems, workmanship is warranted for a lifetime.
Warranty Claim Procedures and Requirements
To obtain warranty service, you must return the defective system to Audeum. You will need to contact Audeum in advance of your return to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number and verify return procedures. You must include with your return the product serial number, a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing, and proof of purchase date as evidence that the product is within the applicable warranty period. Once you have obtained an RA, you must, within thirty (30) days, send the product freight-prepaid and insured to Audeum
Products must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. Any damage incurred during inbound transit will be solely the responsibility of the sender. The RA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your package and any product without the RA number will be refused and returned to sender unopened.
