AUDEUM MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Because Audeum cares about keeping your system optimized and running at its best, all Audeum owners can send their system into Audeum, once a year for 3 years, for a free regular service tune-up. Each service includes the following:

Running system diagnostics and checking for system problems
Thorough cleaning of case and components
Disk cleaning and defrags
System backups
Driver and software updates
Latest OS optimizing tweaks

AUDEUM MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE
Contact your Audeum dealer and let them know you are interested in having maintenance performed on your Audeum system. An Audeum engineer will contact you to decide what type of service your system will need. You will be issued an RA (Return Authorization) number and can return the system back to Audeum.

Returns must be properly insured and packaged to prevent damage in transit. Any damage incurred during inbound transit will be solely the responsibility of the sender. The RA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your package and any packages without the RA number will be refused and returned to sender unopened.

Audeum is not liable for damage to or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored on media contained within the Audeum System. It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain a regular back-up of all critical data stored on the system. It is highly recommended that customer makes a back-up of all information prior to sending system into Audeum for maintenance.
 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Audeum Maintenance Program is only available to original Audeum customers for the term of 3 years after the date of purchase.

The system must have been purchased through an authorized Audeum dealer. A system purchased through unauthorized channels, such as E-Bay or a second hand party does not qualify for the Maintenance Program.

The system and components must be in fully functional and working condition at the time of the maintenance. If the system or component is not working they must be fixed within the terms of the warranty before the maintenance can proceed.

You will be required to pay all shipping costs to and from your dealer’s location and/or Audeum.
Audeum retains the right to revoke or revise the Audeum Maintenance Program at will.
